Denial oj justice : Foundamental flaws in the system of Bangladesh

• " Justice, is a well known word for us.We often chant slogan for justice, For example, justice for Felani, justice for Abrar, justice for Sagor and Runi .You know that, justice is traditionally defined as any gross miscarrage of justice by domestic courts resulting from the ill-funtioning of the states judicial system.

There are many causes work behind the obstruction of justice and foundamental flaws in the system. With my opinion mainly three causes definetly include with this issue. The first one is political power , the second one is influence of powerful people and the last one is bribery. If you have political power, if you aee an influential person and if you have a lot of money, then you can so easily take this fragile judicial system for yourself. We have seen many example in the past and seen now.

Due to the obstruction of justice , people are not shying away from the commiting heinous crimes likes injustice, kindnaping, murder, reped and abuse of woman and children. You can`t believe that , according to a report by prothom alo 97 percent cases of violence against woman and children, ended up with no conviction over the last 15 year in Dhaka district. Another report from [BMP] Bangladesh Mahila Parisadh , 1093 woman and children and woman have been raped from january to october in 2018 in the country. Of the total number of victims 205 woman were gang raped. This is the most vital effect for denial of justice .

So, denial of justice and foundamental flaws need to be rectified. Otherwise , i think the level of injustice and torture will continue to increase day by day . Therefore, before we start a movement for justice ,  it`s more important to make a movement to purify of this flawed judicial system. Finally , any political interference in judiciary , domination of powerful people in this system and bribery must be eradicated . Only then , we can expect actual justice.
